Job Title: Google Ads Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Should have knowledge about digital advertising, has a deep understanding of PPC platforms, and possesses a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence and driving key business objectives through strategic and data-driven advertising efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing campaigns on Google Ads & Amazon Ads —playing a crucial role in acquiring new customers and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Strategy and Management Develop and execute high-performing PPC strategies to meet goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion growth. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable opportunities and maintain a negative keyword list to improve ad relevance. Launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and online marketplaces. Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to bids, audiences, and ad creatives. 2. Keyword and Ad Copy Development Craft compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences and aligned with marketing goals. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve performance. Monitor competitor strategies and make timely updates to maintain a competitive edge. 3. Budget Management Set, manage, and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI. Track daily spend, adjust bids, and shift budgets as needed to meet KPIs. 4. Conversion Tracking and Reporting Set up and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Provide performance reports and actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy Qualifications: Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Amazon Ads Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns based on ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other performance metrics. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword research platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
