Job Title: Google Ads SpecialistLocation: Indore, Madhya PradeshExperience: 1–2 YearsJob Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to drive ROI for various campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.)Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insightsMonitor campaign performance daily and optimize to improve CTR, CPC, and conversionsWrite compelling ad copy and test variations to maximize performanceGenerate regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign healthCollaborate with the content and design teams to align landing pages with ad campaignsRequirements:1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Google Ads certification is a plus)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance dataFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setupBasic understanding of SEO and how paid ads integrate with overall digital marketingExcellent communication skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaignsKnowledge of other platforms like Facebook Ads, Bing Ads is a plus
