Job Description

Role & responsibilities Expert in creating, optimizing GMB profiles across locations Manage and update photos, videos, posts, and other content on the GMB profile to showcase the business in the best possible light. This may involve creating engaging content to attract potential customers and encourage interaction. Implementing strategies to improve the business's local search ranking on Google, including keyword optimization, citation management, and review management. This may involve monitoring and responding to customer reviews to maintain a positive online reputation. Monitoring performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, calls, and direction requests to track the effectiveness of GMB efforts. Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Ensuring that all business listings on Google My Business are accurate, verified, and compliant with Google's guidelines. This may involve resolving issues such as duplicate listings, incorrect information, or spammy content. Keeping abreast of updates and changes to the Google My Business platform and adapting strategies accordingly. This includes understanding new features, policies, and best practices to maintain the competitiveness of the business's online presence. Collaborating with marketing teams to integrate GMB efforts with overall marketing strategies. This may involve coordinating promotions, events, or campaigns that leverage the business's presence on Google My Business. Providing training and support to internal teams on how to effectively use Google My Business aimed at promoting patients engagement.
