Roles and Responsibilities Manage government projects from tendering to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Develop strong relationships with government agencies, PSUs, and other stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills. Identify new business opportunities in the government sector and develop strategies to pursue them. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients. Provide technical expertise on government liaison, government sales, government relations, corporation affairs. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or similar role in the engineering & construction industry. Strong understanding of government projects (PWD), railways, CPWD) tenders & contracts. Excellent tendering skills with ability to prepare winning proposals. Proven track record of building successful client relationships at senior levels.
