Trend Analysis & Creative ExecutionIdentify and implement viral trends, challenges, and content formats.Experiment with new creative ideas, filters, and animations.Collaborate with artists, influencers, and creators for brand visibility.5. Analytics & Growth OptimizationMonitor Instagram Insights and analytics tools to track content performance.Optimize hashtags, posting times, and engagement strategies for growth.Conduct A/B testing to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.6. Branding & Campaign CoordinationDevelop content for seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns.Work closely with the marketing team to align content with advertising goals.Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Media, Marketing, Communication, or related fields (not mandatory if the candidate has strong practical experience). Experience:1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.Prior experience managing art, lifestyle, stationery, or e-commerce brands on Instagram is a plus. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or other editing tools.Strong video editing skills for reels, stories, and short-form content.Understanding of Instagram Insights, content analytics, and hashtag strategies. Creative & Strategic Mindset:Strong visual and aesthetic sense for designing engaging content.Ability to create trending, viral, and interactive content.Passion for art, stationery, and creative hobbies is a major advantage.
