Roles and Responsibilities Assist production team in daily activities, ensuring smooth shop floor operations. Handle manpower effectively, allocating tasks efficiently to achieve productivity goals. Plan and execute shift schedules, maintaining optimal utilization of resources. Implement lean manufacturing principles, promoting continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives. Collaborate with supervisors to develop assembly plans, manage inventory levels, and monitor quality control. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (production or related field). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/MSc). Strong understanding of concepts such as line balancing, manpower handling, shift planning, daily production planning, shop floor management, and lean manufacturing.
