Graduate Engineer (mechanical/ civil engineering) Education: Bachelor’s degree Mechanical/Civil Engineering. Location: Bhopal/PAN India Skills: · Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MIDAS, STAAD Pro). · Basic understanding of road, bridge, building principles, MORTH, IRC codes and regulations. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Effective communication and teamwork abilities. · Stay updated with industry standards, tools, and techniques. Key Attributes: · Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. · Willingness to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments. · Comfortable for both Office as well as Field work. Growth Opportunities: The Graduate Engineer Trainee will be evaluated regularly during the training period. Based on performance, the trainee may progress into roles such as Design Engineer, Highway Project Engineer, or Site Engineer, depending on their expertise and interests. Note: The responsibilities and tasks may vary depending on the specific requirements of the department and project.
