Job Description

Role & responsibilities Developing and execute a preventive maintenance program for electrical equipment and systems, including motors, transformers, circuit breakers, and generators. Familiarity with PLC and automated electrical systems is a plus, Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations. Proficiency with electrical maintenance tools, testing equipment (e.g., multi meters, installation testers), and SAP software. Share knowledge on electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime and optimize energy use. Participate in emergency shutdowns and restorations of electrical systems. Respond promptly to electrical failures or emergencies, perform immediate troubleshooting and repairs to minimize operational disruptions, ensure proper integration of electrical systems with other components Communicate effectively with management and other departments to report maintenance issues, progress, and system performance Recommend and implement upgrades to improve system efficiency, reliability, and safety Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and system updates Ensure proper setup of electrical systems to meet operational requirements and manufacturer specifications Diagnose and resolve electrical faults or malfunctions in equipment, systems, and machinery.
