Job Description

As a QA Salesforce Intern, you will be an integral part of our Quality Assurance team, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our Salesforce solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our development and support teams, gaining hands-on experience in testing, analysing, and optimizing our Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to understand business requirements and technical specifications. Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications. Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved promptly. Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes. Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Provide feedback on product quality and usability to the development team. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, graduating in 2024/2025. Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar is an advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
