🎨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer – Pitch Decks, Packaging & Brand Creatives 📍 Location: Kochi | 🕒 Experience: 2-4 years | 💼 Full-time About Us: EBG Group is a fast-scaling, multi-brand conglomerate with ventures across mobility, wellness, real estate, retail, F&B, and consumer electronics. We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can think visually and execute flawlessly — someone who can turn business ideas into stunning pitch decks, engaging creatives, and impactful packaging. What You’ll Own: Pitch Decks & Presentations:Design visually powerful, investor-grade decks in Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, or Adobe toolsAlign with brand identity, storytelling flow, and high-stakes business messagingPackaging Design:Conceptualize and execute modern, premium packaging for multiple D2C and retail brandsWork closely with product, marketing, and branding teams to finalize formats and mockupsSocial Media Creatives:Design high-engagement posts, reels, banners, and storiesMaintain visual consistency across platforms for all EBG brands Must-Have Skills: ✅ Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint (CorelDRAW is a plus) ✅ Strong portfolio with pitch decks, packaging designs, and social media work ✅ Ability to convert briefs into design magic — fast and with finesse ✅ Experience working in startup or fast-paced brand environments preferred ✅ Fluent in design language, layout, typography, and color psychology Bonus (but not mandatory): Experience in motion graphics or basic video editingUnderstanding of UI/UX design for websites or apps What You’ll Get: Work with some of India’s most disruptive brands under one roofExposure to multiple industries — from electric mobility to luxury real estateCreative freedom + mentorship from brand strategy leadersCompetitive salary + high learning growth + performance bonuses 🖌️ Apply Now: Send your portfolio + resume to founder@ebikego.in or apply via LinkedIn.
