About the job: As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually compelling flyers and marketing assets for our brand and clients. We are especially interested in candidates who are passionate about integrating AI into their creative workflow to boost efficiency, originality, and design quality. Key responsibilities: 1. Design flyers and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. 2. Utilize AI-powered design tools (such as Midjourney, DALL E, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, Looka, Khroma, etc.) to generate concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance creative output. 3. Develop and implement AI-driven workflows to streamline the design process and improve efficiency. 4. Stay updated on the latest AI and design trends, experimenting with new tools and techniques for continuous improvement. 5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets. 6. Present and articulate design concepts and AI-driven strategies to stakeholders. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with AI graphic design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Looka, Khroma, etc.). 3. Experience with generative AI for ideation, image generation, and workflow automation. 4. Ability to balance creativity with efficiency, leveraging AI to enhance but not replace your design sensibility. 5. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques as the field evolves. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points 1.
