Role: Graphic Designer Location: Patna (Onsite) Job Description: Figma Expertise: Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for digital platforms using Figma. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to refine and finalize designs. Visual Design & Branding: Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including websites, marketing campaigns, social media assets, presentations, and more. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. Collaborative Design: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development and a high standard of work. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on all design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, alignment with project objectives, and high visual standards. Desired Skills: Experience: 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects in digital and print media. Proven experience in designing with Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. Design Expertise: Advanced knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics tools, lottie animation (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Creative Thinking: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute unique and effective design solutions. Ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines and business objectives. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
