Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Conceptualize and create unique, visually appealing packaging designs for incense sticks, fragrance products, and related items. Research & Inspiration: Draw inspiration from cultural, luxury, and artistic packaging trends to develop innovative and on-brand designs. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align designs with brand guidelines and customer preferences. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printers and packaging vendors to ensure high-quality production of packaging designs. Mock-ups & Presentation: Develop mock-ups, dielines, and presentation materials for packaging concepts. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in fragrance and luxury packaging to keep designs fresh and competitive. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design , Visual Communication , or a related field. Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of color theory , typography , CORELDRAW and layout design . Packaging Experience: Experience in packaging design (preferably in the fragrance , cosmetics , or luxury industries). Attention to Detail: Ability to visualize and create premium, high-end packaging designs. Printing Knowledge: Knowledge of printing techniques , materials, and production processes is a plus.
