Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Duration: 2 Months Stipend: Rs10,000/month Start Date: Immediate Internship Overview We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse design projects, contributing to our brand's visual identity across various platforms. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Brand Design: Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for Snooplay’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Social Media & Ad Creatives: Design high-quality, on-brand posts, stories, reels, and ads that align with Snooplay’s brand voice and resonate with our target audience. Product Design Support: Help develop packaging designs, product manuals, and promotional materials for Snooplay’s in-house and private-label products. Campaign Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events. Consistency & Standards: Ensure design consistency across all platforms by adhering to brand guidelines while introducing fresh and creative ideas. Innovative Content: Experiment with new design trends, tools, and techniques to create cutting-edge visuals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, social media, and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas and execute projects effectively. Motion Graphics: Create simple motion graphics or animations for social media and ad campaigns. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely Delivery: Complete assigned design projects within agreed-upon deadlines. Design Quality: Maintain high standards of creativity and attention to detail in all design outputs. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Snooplay’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. Engagement Metrics: Monitor and aim to improve engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) on designed social media content. Feedback Integration: Effectively incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions. Qualifications: Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your skills in branding, digital design, and social media content creation. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up setting where priorities may shift quickly.
