Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design and produce compelling graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, logos, and other marketing collateral. Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Develop and refine visual concepts, layouts, and mockups in accordance with briefs and feedback. Ensure all designs are consistent with the companys brand guidelines and meet project objectives. Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma to create and edit visuals. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure fresh, innovative, and competitive output. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Prepare files for both digital and print production with attention to accuracy, resolution, and format. Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across digital and print media. Excellent proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles. Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take feedback positively and apply it to improve design outcomes.
