Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. Responsibilities Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media creatives, digital ads, banners, and presentations. Design and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.) Create visual content for digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, web banners, etc.) Design pitch decks, brochures, product datasheets, and sales enablement materials Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency Support website design and UI/UX improvements in collaboration with developers Own and evolve Magma’s brand guidelines and visual language Prepare print-ready files for offline events, trade shows, and packaging when needed Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with quality output Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or tech/startup environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, marketing materials, and digital graphics Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly Basic animation or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus Show more Show less
