Job Title: Graphic Designer Company: Minimac Systems Pvt Ltd Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Work from Office) Department: Marketing & Branding Reports to: Department Head Role & responsibilities Create and design high-quality visuals, graphics, and layouts using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Develop animations, and video edits using After Effects and Premiere Pro. Utilize AI-based tools for video and image generation to enhance design efficiency and innovation. Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and branding assets for digital and print platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Mid Journey, Runway, DALL•E) is a plus. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
