Location: H yderabad (Permanent WFH – Hyderabad-based only) CTC: ₹2.65 LPA - 3.85 LPA + ₹60K Bonus Shift: Rotational Experience: 1+ year (Freelance or Agency is welcome) Round 1 (Virtual – 30 mins): Pen Tool task in Illustrator Round 2 (In-person – 2 hrs): Design Test Round 3 (In-person – 2 hrs): Final Evaluation Requirements: Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop . Basic understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, trends). Ability to read and understand customer instructions in English. Basic verbal and written English communication skills . Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. Key Responsibilities: Review, create, or modify customer designs to meet production standards. Ensure high-quality output and customer satisfaction. Raise concerns about tools, systems, or processes proactively. Handle design-related escalations and share insights to avoid repeats. Continuously work on improving design skills and product knowledge.
