Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a design professional who excels in both graphic design and user experience/interface design, with a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and user-centered digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, on-brand, and intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user interface designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Canva. Translate complex concepts and requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, style standards, and accessibility best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or training in designing Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in UI/UX design roles. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and UI/UX design projects, including web and mobile applications. Advanced proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop Canva Figma Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch. Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for digital products. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to translate stakeholder requirements and user needs into effective design solutions. Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Skills: Experience with motion graphics or video editing. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff and collaboration with developers. Experience in branding, marketing collateral, and print design. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
