Role Overview We are seeking a creative and adaptable Graphic Design Manager with 10+ years of experience across both print and digital platforms. This role requires a focus on digital-first design, including UI/UX, interactive mockups, and 3D visualisations, while also contributing to print projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Design and deliver high-quality digital assets, including UI/UX mockups, web banners, and social media graphics. 2. Create interactive prototypes and 3D renders for product presentations and branding concepts. 3. Develop branding materials and adapt designs for both digital and print platforms. 4. Collaborate with development teams to implement web and digital designs effectively. 5. Contribute to print design projects such as brochures, posters, and marketing collateral 6. Prepare responsive assets optimised for different screen sizes and platforms. 7. Stay current with the latest trends in digital design, web technologies, and 3D visualisation. Design Skills - Web Design - UI Design - Graphic Design - Branding - Prototyping - Typography - Infographics - Photography - HTML/CSS Basics Required Tools and Software Proficiency - Figma and Adobe XD: For UI/UX design and interactive prototypes. - Adobe Creative Suite: - Photoshop: Advanced image editing and digital compositions. - Illustrator: Vector graphics and branding elements. - InDesign: Layout designs for print when required. - After Effects: Motion graphics and animations. - Premiere Pro (Preferred): Video editing for promotional materials. - 3D Design Tools: - Blender or Cinema 4D for modelling and rendering. - KeyShot for high-quality visualisations. - HTML/CSS Basics: Ability to create or tweak layouts for web integration. - Mockup tools such as Artboard Studio for interactive visual presentations. - Microsoft Office: For internal documentation and presentations. Preferred Skills - Advanced knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design standards. - Expertise in creating engaging 3D visualisations and mockups for marketing concepts. - Experience working with developers to implement designs effectively. - Familiarity with web accessibility and optimisation standards.
