Thinkfy Strategic Development and Business Management Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing digital marketing and business strategy agency. We specialize in branding, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital growth strategies. We are looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team and help craft compelling visual content for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Design engaging social media creatives, ad banners, website graphics, infographics, and email templates. Develop visually appealing brand identities and marketing materials for clients. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create eye-catching campaigns for digital platforms. Design creatives for paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions. Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos for social media marketing. Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and campaign goals. Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency. (Freshers with an impressive portfolio can apply.) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in designing creatives for social media, digital ads, and web-based content. Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition. Motion graphics and video editing skills are highly desirable. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
