Role & responsibilities 1. Packaging Designs Create visual concepts, packaging designs by using Computer Software i.e. CORELDRAW, PHOTOSHOP by communicating the ideas that inspire, inform and captivate our customers Develop the overall design layout / packaging design as per the Client or Market requirements on the day to day basis includes Medicine package designs, Social Media Advertisements, Brochures and Flyers and so on 2. Marketing Promotional Designs Promotional design can vary from posters and vehicle wraps to branded mugs, pens and t-shirt designs The purpose of promotional design is to help create exposure for your brand and business Strong promotional designs will demand attention and help your business to stand out from the crowd procurement 3. Vendor Management Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors, evaluating performance and compliance with company standards Oversee vendor quality assessments and ensure timely delivery of materials 4. Efficient Design Planning Anticipate packaging material needs based on production forecasts and schedule material orders to avoid shortages Planning with team-leader and subordinates for seamless and smooth designs undertaking the market visuals Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
