Job Overview: The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty. This role involves overseeing marketing initiatives, managing brand positioning, and analysing market trends to ensure that the brand remains competitive and relevant. The Brand Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and advertising, to achieve the companys overall branding and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creative Design and Execution: Understand and interpret briefs to deliver creative outputs aligned with branding priorities. Develop high-quality motion and still graphics for various media platforms. Collaborate with the regional marketing team, digital marketing, category, academic, operations, franchise, and other teams at the Head Office to brainstorm and create impactful video and graphic content. 2. Content Creation and Editing: Design print ads, collaterals (leaflets, brochures, banners, hoardings, etc.), and digital creatives (emailers, social media posts). Edit video footage and enhance it with effects, transitions, and motion graphics to ensure superior visual appeal. 3. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding across web, mobile, video, and other platforms. Support the marketing team in achieving its objectives through creative visual content. 4. Project Management: Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Requirements: Experience: 4-5 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion and still graphics. Technical Skills: Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, 2D/3D animation tools, and UI/UX design platforms. Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for diverse platforms. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams. Digital Expertise: Experience with digital creatives such as emailers is an added advantage. Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage projects in a dynamic environment. Educational Qualification Graduate and above (preferably with a background in design or related fields). Preferred Industry Open to all industries, with preference for candidates experienced in agency-based design roles.
