Role & responsibilities : 1) Design Creation : Develop and create a wide range of digital and print designs, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, posters, and promotional materials. 2) Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels. 3) Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the objectives. 4) Concept Development : Generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, ensuring that the visuals align with the overall strategy. 5) Feedback Iteration : Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner. 6) Stay Current : Keep up with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, ensuring that our visual content remains fresh and innovative. 7) Asset Management : Organize and manage design assets and files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived. Preferred candidate profile 1) Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any related field. 2) Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
