Role Description We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can not only design stunning visuals but also understand business logic and user flows to support website and platform development. Graphic Designer (1–3 Years Experience) - 🔧 What You’ll Do Design website layouts, banners, and graphics aligned with business goals Create UI/UX user flows, wireframes, and mockups using tools like Adobe XD, or similar Collaborate with product and development teams to translate ideas into visual concepts Bring business understanding into design — focusing on clarity, conversion, and usability Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all screens and user touchpoints ✅ Requirements 1–3 years of experience in graphic or UI/UX design Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools Understanding of user journeys , web layout principles , and responsive design Ability to interpret business briefs and present design solutions A strong portfolio of website/UI designs or flows is a must 🌟 Bonus If You Have Experience designing for SaaS/web platforms Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (not mandatory) Motion graphics/animation skills Show more Show less
