This is a foundational hire as part of our pilot batch, which means you’ll play a key role in defining the creative voice of our agency. We're looking for someone who lives for aesthetics, understands social trends, and can turn briefs into high-performing content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media creatives (posts, carousels, stories, ad banners)Edit short-form videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and adsWork on branding projects (logos, identity kits, guidelines)Collaborate with the content and ads team to create engaging visual assetsMaintain brand consistency while customizing designs for each clientStay updated with current design and video trends in digital marketing Must-Have SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CanvaStrong video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar toolsUnderstanding of social media formats and dimensions (especially vertical video)Good sense of typography, layout, and visual storytellingPortfolio of design + video editing work (required for shortlisting) Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred)Basic animation/motion graphicsExperience with meme marketing or viral short-form contentUI/UX design basics (Figma or Adobe XD)Experience working with influencers or creators
