Board Meetings & Corporate GovernanceOrganize and conduct Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs. Draft and circulate agendas, meeting minutes, and resolutions. Advise management on corporate governance and legal compliance. Trading & Business ComplianceEnsure adherence to import-export regulations, GST, and taxation laws. Monitor compliance with commercial contracts, trade policies, and agreements. Liaise with government departments for trade licenses and regulatory approvals. Legal & Contract ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate supplier, distributor, and vendor agreements. Ensure compliance with foreign trade policies and customs regulations. Handle legal matters, audits, and coordination with regulatory authorities. Risk Management & AdvisoryKeep the company updated on new regulatory developments affecting the trading sector. Provide legal support for business expansion, mergers, and acquisitions.
