Our Client a Financial Services company needs - Post : Green Strategy Consultant / Sustainability Lead Location : Bengaluru Experience : 5 years Qualification : MBA Consultancy income: 12 LPA Key Responsibilities: Develop a sustainability strategy that aligns with global best practices and company goals. Establish a carbon credit framework , including emission tracking, offsetting and trading mechanisms. Design and implement ESG policies , ensuring compliance with SEBI BRSR, TCFD, GRI, and other global standards . Identify and integrate green finance initiatives , including sustainable lending, renewable energy adoption, and eco-friendly investments. Monitor climate regulations, carbon markets, and government incentives to optimize sustainability efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sustainability principles are embedded in decision-making. Drive awareness, training, and stakeholder engagement to foster a culture of sustainability. Prepare reports and insights on ESG performance, impact assessments, and regulatory disclosures . Key Requirements: 5 years experience in sustainability, ESG, carbon markets or green finance. Proven expertise in carbon credits, climate policies, and environmental regulations. Experience in developing corporate sustainability frameworks, carbon neutrality strategies, and net-zero planning. Familiarity with global ESG reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, SEBI BRSR, etc.). Strong understanding of green financing, sustainable investments, and impact measurement. Excellent research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to collaborate across functions and drive sustainability initiatives at an organizational level. Why Join our Client !
