Key Responsibilities:Chemical Analysis and Testing: Perform routine chemical analysis on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished ductile iron pipes to ensure compliance with specifications.Conduct tests to determine the chemical composition, including carbon, silicon, sulfur, phosphorus, manganese, and trace elements.Evaluate the properties of castings, coatings, and materials used in the production of DI pipes.Quality Control and Process Monitoring: Monitor the production process to ensure the correct chemical formulations and alloying elements are used for the manufacturing of DI pipes.Conduct quality checks and ensure the mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation, meet required standards.Work with the production team to resolve any discrepancies or deviations from quality standards.Ductile Iron Casting and Treatment: Conduct tests on the ductile iron casting process, including molten metal analysis, to ensure the desired microstructure is achieved.Perform metallurgical examinations on DI pipe samples to evaluate their microstructure and mechanical properties.Research and Development: Assist in the development of new alloys and formulations to improve the properties of DI pipes.Work with R&D teams to optimize the manufacturing process and ensure product innovation in line with industry advancements.Research new techniques and technologies for improving the durability, corrosion resistance, and overall quality of DI pipes.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed CAD designs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Sheet Metal Design, BOM, and UG NX software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project requirements.Develop and maintain accurate documentation of designs and revisions.Troubleshoot issues with existing designs and implement improvements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automobile engineering.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct CAE analysis using ANSYS APDL, Abaqus, Nastran, Patran, Radioss, and Optistruct.Perform linear and non-linear static structural simulations as well as steady state and harmonic eigen buckling analysis.Analyze fatigue life of components under various loading conditions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design improvements through simulation-driven engineering approach.Develop expertise in automotive industry-specific problems such as crash simulation (HyperMesh), vehicle dynamics (Vehicle), and durability (Fatigue).
