We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to work 100% Remote and assist the Accounting Team in US.Full-Time ContractualLocation: 100% RemoteHours: 8:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST Required to have own workspace setup and reliable internet connectionJob Duties:Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Charges expenses to accounts and properties by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentationEnsure Credit card expenses are reconciled on monthly basis.Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation.Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks.Examine all general ledger accounts for accuracy and make corrections as neededEnsure periodic bank reconciliations are completedEnsure required critical payments are madeParticipate in month-end close.Interacting with property manager to resolve issuesKeep financial files organizedBackup other employees in the department as needed
