This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of our organization and potentially grow into the CFO position.Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and manage tax filings.Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, bank relationships, and treasury operations.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal control systems.Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.Bank and Financial Institutions: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, securing necessary financing and credit facilities.Import/Export Operations: Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and minimizing costs.ERP Implementation & Management:Lead and manage the implementation of ERP systems.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local GAAP.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.A strategic mindset and the ability to think long-term.Strong communication and negotiation skills is must.Candidates are required to apply here as well as fill the following google response:https://forms.gle/yLRDkivNW2fnL6sQ6
