Excellent communication & client-handling skills. Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies. Experience with manual testing, test case creation, and bug tracking. Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Playright, etc.). Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman. Reporting to the co-founder, your expertise will help shape the future of our design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and innovation across all platforms.Responsibilities- Own and drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring intuitive and impactful user experiences.- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve existing features.- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure brand and UX consistency.- Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in product design.- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual design expertise.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (including latest features), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate design decisions.- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a rapid iterative design approach.
