Job Description

Manager - Owner sales Job Objective: We are looking for a sales leader to manage the inside sales portfolio with an assigned team , someone who is passionate about consumer sales (B2C) and is data-driven with experience in building high-performance sales teams to ensure business growth plans. Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrated success in leading an inhouse team specially with a fast-paced setting in achieving tele-sales (inside sales) targets through cold calling and system generated leads. 2- Should have a proven track record in efficiency and effectivity building for inside sales functions. 3- Will be responsible to hire, train and manage the sales teams to enhance revenue and overall productivity . 4- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goal within set timelines. 5- Prepare weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales goals for the team, monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results 6- Increase the conversion rate of leads received through various channels like E-mailers, Chatbot & HNI outbound cold calling processes 7- Ensure to analyze and enhance the existing process, Introduce and implement the new processes basis business objectives
