- Sales - marketing developing marketing strategies planning & formulating sales strategies for long term revenue growth and target - Consulting market research and identifying potential categories of target segment. - Cost reduction in major expenses category through integration and innovative programs. - Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for business development. - Required team building, motivated and leadership skills. - Liaison with the field force & data analysis. - Need to establish the strong sales team / market presence with increasing revenues. - Required effective communicator with excellent people management, mentoring skills & proficiency in training improving the soft skills, optimizing their abilities, motivating cross cultural teams with exemplifying team work. Coordinating with field, medical team,for expanding the user base by working on new indications for the assigned brand .Daily follow ups on input utilization. -Sample and sales stock always checked and monitored for immediate requirements. - last mail connectivity data maintaining the availability of brands pan India,Ensured product availability at all leading sales pockets
