Role & responsibilities The core responsibilities for the job include the following: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for KYN, aligning with the company's goals and market demands. An entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions. Thrives in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment. Lead, mentor, and coach a direct team of Product Managers and Product Analysts. Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Create a go-to-market plan working with business/marketing stakeholders to maximize product success. Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their challenges and needs. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user-friendly and effective software solutions. Define product metrics ,Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements. Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile 10+ years of work experience. At least 8+ years experience in Growth product management in a consumer internet tech-led company .Domain knowledge of gamification, social products, behavioral science, and customer life orchestration would be a big plus. Good understanding of technology, worked on AI products/tech and added advantage.
