Role & responsibilities Lead Generation : Assist in identifying and qualifying new B2B leads across various industries. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments. Client Relationship Support: Help maintain strong relationships with key clients Collaboration: Work closely with the product & partnerships team to align on client requirements and assist in the co-creation Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in Assistance/ Assurance/Insurance would be preferred. Bachelors degree from a reputable institution. MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven experience (or internship) in sales. B2B sales is a plus. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use AI tools to assist in daily activities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
