About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Growth Generalist to join our Founder’s Office. Your primary focus will be driving growth through innovative strategies, rapid experimentation, channel discovery, and direct consumer engagement. This is a high-impact role where you'll execute experiments quickly, leverage AI tools for efficiency, and transform initial unscalable actions into scalable roadmaps. What You’ll Do: Identify and execute growth initiatives, even if initially unscalable, to rapidly validate ideas. Discover, test, and optimize new and existing growth channels. Directly engage and build meaningful connections with consumers to understand needs and drive adoption. Develop and implement SOPs, establish efficient teams, and ensure smooth execution of growth strategies. Plan, run, and analyze rapid growth experiments leveraging AI-driven tools for speed and efficiency. Create and implement actionable growth roadmaps, translating early insights into sustainable strategies. Manage and optimize growth funnels, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the founder and cross-functional teams, acting as a catalyst for business growth. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 2 years proven experience in growth-focused roles, with a demonstrable track record of driving measurable growth. Deep understanding of growth funnels and proficiency in funnel optimization. A self-starter with a bias for action; thrives in ambiguity and able to execute quickly. Exceptional people skills; ability to engage, empathize, and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Experience in setting up teams, creating and implementing SOPs for efficient scaling. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools or automations to enhance productivity and outcomes. Strategic thinker with the practicality of a doer. Why Join Us?
