Identify and onboard *new doctors* into the referral network. Organize *CME programs, events, and medical discussions* to engage doctors. Ensure *consistent follow-ups* with doctors to maintain a strong referral pipeline. Work closely with the marketing team to implement *doctor engagement strategies*. Achieve *monthly referral targets* and contribute to overall business growth. *Key Requirements:* *1-3 years of experience in the IVF industry* (Preferred).
