Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation and Acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B clients across various industries. Reduce TAT: Implement strategies to shorten the sales cycle and quickly convert leads into clients. Client Relationship Management: Build & maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with product & partnerships team to co-create new products tailored to industry needs. Collaborate with business teams to align on client requirements. Sales Strategy Development: Develop & implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Performance Metrics: Track & analyse sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record of closing deals & acquiring new clients. Strong understanding of value-added assistance & assurance services & their applications across industries. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies. Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
