Lark Finserv is on a mission to redefine how India borrows starting with smarter, faster, fully digital Loan Against Securities (LAS) solutions. We re looking for a Growth Manager who s not just data-savvy but a digital-first thinker, growth hacker, and out-of-the-box strategist ready to scale a high-potential fintech product from 0 to 1 and then 100. What Youll Be Doing Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention Identify and double down on high-leverage growth channels (paid, organic, partnerships, etc.) Run experiments, A/B tests, and funnels to optimize conversion and user engagement Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to drive GTM initiatives Use data to tell stories, spot opportunities, and scale what works We re Looking For Someone Who: Has 3+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product-led growth roles. Is a digital-native with hands-on experience in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Hubspot, or similar. Thinks like a hacker: fast, lean, experimental, and user-obsessed. Knows how to balance creative ideas with data-backed execution. Bonus: Experience in fintech, lending, or B2C growth is a huge plus.
