Growth Manager - Operations & Strategic Initiatives What success looks like in this role: Operational & digital growth impact: You will drive key operational programs and digital growth initiatives, optimizing workflows and improving customer acquisition. Within 6 months, you will have streamlined processes, executed digital growth campaigns and contributed to business expansion. Data-driven decision making: You will leverage data and insights to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization and customer experience enhancement. Cross-functional leadership: You will collaborate with product, marketing, tech and business teams to execute high-priority strategic initiatives, taking ownership of key operational and growth programs. Key responsibilities: Operational program management Lead and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. Identify process bottlenecks and drive automation to enhance service delivery. Work with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives. Develop and implement SOPs to standardize and improve key processes. Data-driven growth & performance optimization Analyze operational metrics and user data to identify improvement areas. Develop actionable insights to enhance customer experience and business efficiency. Own reporting, tracking, and performance measurement for key initiatives. High-impact growth initiatives Own or contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue and operational efficiencies. Work closely with leadership to execute new service offerings and business optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and launch new projects. What were looking for: 3+ years of experience in operations, growth or business strategy roles in fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in process optimization, partner/vendor management and operational efficiency . Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and execute cross-functional projects. Comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Prior experience in scaling operational processes or managing service programs is a plus.\ Why join us?
