offlineAs our Growth Marketing Associate, you'll be at the forefront of Kitaboo's digital presence, responsible for developing and executing strategies that resonate with our diverse audience segments. You'll be the architect of our social media narrative, creating compelling short-form content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. We're not afraid to be bold? Think outside the box with creative formats, including memes. videos, and interactive content to deliver impactful messaging and strengthen Kitaboo's brand identity. Beyond social media, you'll also play a key role in organizing and executing a range of online and online events that connect Kitaboo with key industry players and potential customers. This involves identifying strategic international events, initiating outreach, managing communication, and negotiating participation to maximize Kitaboo'spresence and impact. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring our events are a resounding success. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, with a focus on innovative short-form content (text, visuals, video, memes, etc.) that aligns with Kitaboo's brand and resonates with target audiences to drive user growth and engagement. Social Media Management & Engagement: Oversee the daily management of Kitaboo's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice, active community engagement, and proactive interaction with followers to maximize reach and conversion. International Event Management: Identify, research, and evaluate relevant international online and online events for specific Kitaboo segments. Manage all aspects of event participation, from initial outreach and negotiation to logistics and post-event follow-up, with a focus on lead generation and ROI. Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Deeply understand Kitaboo's various customer segments to tailor content and event strategies for maximum impact and relevance, optimizing for acquisition and retention. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media content and event initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and drive a measurable increase in engagement and lead generation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team membersand other departments (including sales and product) to ensure consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and integrated marketing efforts that support overall growth objectives. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest social media trends, platform updates , and digital marketing innovations, identifying opportunities for growth and experimentation. Creative Contribution: Bring fresh ideas and a creative mindset to contribute to overall marketing strategies and initiatives, with a focus on driving measurable growth. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or social media management role, with a focus on growth marketing. Demonstrable expertise in creating highly engaging short-form content (e.g., increased follower count by 30% in 6 months, consistently high engagement rates) for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, with a proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a focus on leveraging them for growth. Experience in planning and executing online and/or offline events, preferably with international reach, with a focus on maximizing ROI and lead generation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. A highly creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and achieving measurable results. Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills. A passion for digital marketing and a strong interest in the EdTech industry. Signicant personal social media presence (e.g., managing a successful Instagram page with a strong following, a YouTube channel with consistent content creation, or a blog with active engagement) is a major plus and will be considered strong evidence of content creation and audience engagement skills.
