Job Description

We are seeking an organized, energetic & results-driven " Go to Marketing Executive" for Vadodara Location. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships DUTIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop a strategy for launching and scaling assigned solution in different industry verticals or new geographies Apply a learning through discovery framework to market development, market segmentation, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis. Liaise with senior teams across multiple channels and transform data-led knowledge into specific strategic plans. Responsible for end to end promotion including product expo, exhibitions, webinars etc. Responsible for new market launches, customer segmentation, and lead generation programs Defining and measuring milestones, metrics, and revenue related KPIs for each initiative REQUIREMENTS: Preferable engineering plus MBA in Marketing You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to communicate and manage relationships with senior executives, and can work effectively with all levels You are a strategic thinker and are excited to dive into tough problems and build new processes / deliverables from scratch; you develop frameworks to support strategic decisions and are accomplished at detailed execution Commercially-minded and customer-obsessed Creative problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to growth the business Hyper-collaborative partner that can lead through influence by building strong relationships and personal credibility across the organization There will be a 10% travel required for the role
