Job Overview: As a GRE at La Loca Maria, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive and memorable initial impression. Your grace, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our establishment. Responsibilities: Guest Reception: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, escorting them to their designated tables with a courteous and welcoming demeanor. Reservations Management: Handle reservation inquiries, assist with booking arrangements, and maintain an organized reservation system. Seating Coordination: Work closely with the service team to manage table assignments, ensuring efficient seating and timely turnover. Guest Services: Provide information about the restaurant, menu details, and assist with any special requests or accommodations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a GRE in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
