Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Mumbai's Hotel Niranta. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for handling guest relations, providing exceptional customer service, managing communications with guests, performing receptionist duties, and supporting sales activities. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, addressing their needs and concerns, coordinating services, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
