We are hiring a Guest Relation Executive for this venture who will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role involves appointment scheduling, patient coordination, handling phone inquiries, and general administrative tasks to support smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with doctors and medical staff. Answer phone calls, provide information, and handle patient inquiries with professional phone etiquette . Maintain and update patient records and clinic databases. Understanding of billing, payments, and insurance documentation as needed. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and patient-friendly. Handle general admin office tasks , including filing and correspondence etc Follow medical terminology and protocols for patient confidentiality and compliance. Requirements Minimum 5- 8years of experience as a receptionist in a clinical setting or roles at esteemed establishments such as ITC Hotels , Taj Hotels , or other leading luxury hotel chains is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff. Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus. A warm, professional, and patient-friendly attitude.
