Hakkasan Mumbai is looking for Guest Relations Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously Guest Assistance: Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and any special requests, such as room preferences, dining reservations, or event bookings Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding solutions that meet or exceed their expectations Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with guests, informing them of relevant information, events, and services available during their stay Hospitality and Courtesy: Exhibit a high level of hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism in all interactions with guests Guest Feedback: Collect, analyze, and act on guest feedback to continuously improve services and the overall guest experience VIP Services: Provide special attention and services to VIP guests, such as personalized welcome amenities, room upgrades, and tailored experiences Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery
