As part of our commitment to guest satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. Job Description: We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for guests visiting our retail mall. The Guest Relationship Executive will be responsible for delivering personalized service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities: Welcome guests to the retail mall and assist with inquiries related to stores, services, and amenities. Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests based on their preferences and needs. Actively engage with guests to build rapport and foster positive relationships. Assist guests with special requests, such as reservations, gift wrapping, and stroller rentals. Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor guest feedback and communicate any trends or issues to management for further action. Coordinate with retail store staff to facilitate guest services and promotions. Conduct regular walkthroughs of the mall to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to guest service standards. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote special events, sales, and activities to guests. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in hospitality management, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or guest-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
