Role Description To deliver a warm, professional, and personalized service experience to guests in alignment with Larisa Hotels & Resorts' brand standards. The GSA will assist in the daily operations of the assigned department and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Department Wise Front Office Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally. Maintain accurate guest records and ensure seamless front desk operations. Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and bell desk teams. Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean and welcoming. Process payments, manage billing, and assist with travel/tour arrangements. Housekeeping Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas as per set standards. Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are ready on time. Report maintenance issues or lost & found items immediately. Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly. Assist with laundry operations and inventory of linen and supplies. Provide turn-down service and attend to guest requests promptly. F&B Service Set up restaurant tables, buffet areas, and room service trays as per standards. Welcome guests and take food & beverage orders efficiently. Serve food and drinks courteously while maintaining hygiene. Clear tables, polish cutlery, and maintain cleanliness of the service area. Upsell menu items and promotions to guests. Follow billing and POS procedures accurately. Qualifications Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Hotel Management diploma/degree preferred. 0–2 years of experience in hospitality or relevant department. Strong communication skills (basic English and local language). Positive attitude, grooming standards, and team player. Willingness to relocate and work in rotational shifts.
