Role Description: A Guidance Counsellors role is simple, it mainly consists of speaking with potential clients over the phone, collecting some basic information and helping them understand the process they would embark upon. We are not however driven by sales quotas or the like but instead measure by the quality of each interaction. We have the information to change lives and such it is our responsibility to do so. The Guidance Counsellor is the first point of contact to guide people to this possible lifechanging experience. Responsibilities: • Listen and have a full conversation with every incoming lead. • Ensure information on the programs limits and process is conveyed correctly. • Check in on onboarded clients to ensure a good experience. • Take care for the clients current situation and empathies to their position. • Work closely with Amuras Medical Team to resolve client’s requests. • Work with Amura’s internal lead management software. We are a health start-up with a presence in multiple countries How old are we? Amura was established in December of 2017, the company’s official name was changed to Amura in 2020. What is special about us? None of our clients have ever been convinced to take our services. Either they have faith in our process or our people, as such we have never had to coerce a single person into joining either through promises or fear mongering. Is this a WFH role? If you are in a role where you keep pushing your envelope every day, you are going to be asked to come to the office. But if you are in a role that calls for doing stuff that you are already very proficient in, you will be required to be in the office only periodically. Where is the Amura office?
